Founded in 2005 by the Society of Ontario Freethinkers. Camp Quest Ontario combines science, critical-thinking, and humanist philosophy with traditional camp activities to offer young freethinkers a positive and unique fellowship experience that fosters understanding, respect, and lasting friendships. Activity favourites include: code-breaking; Capture the Flag; scavenger hunts; relay races; fabric painting; and other team-building activities. New in 2011: critical thinking "self defense"; learning forensics savvy; interactive workshop with live reptiles; field trips to the Royal Ontario Museum and the Ontario Science Centre; and more!
